Until the completion of the basic training of the police personnel selected and appointed through open competition, the merit order will be maintained according to the serial number of the appointment and after the completion of the training, based on the marks obtained in the training. However, in the case of technical police employees of the health sub-group under the technical police group, the "qualification order" will be maintained according to the order recommended for appointment.
(2) In the case of promoted police personnel, the order of merit will be maintained according to the order of the respective promotion recommendation.
(3) If a police officer who has been selected and appointed through an open competition and has not participated in the police basic training, participates in the next training, he will be ranked behind other police officers who have been selected and completed the police basic training.
